Madison County Central School Media Center

Welcome to the MCCS Media Center Website. The mission of our media center is to provide students with a wide variety of books that will spark a student's love of reading and facilitate their quest for knowledge. Our library offers e-books as well, so students can read anywhere! Be sure to explore our site to find links to our online catalog (Follett Destiny), search for AR books, find recommended reading lists, and so much more.

BookFlix is an excellent site. It has a large collection of fiction(picture books) and nonfiction books for student to view. Each book is narrated and has words on the screen so that students can follow along. This site is primarily for Prek-5th grade.
Epic! is a great online source that enables students to read books online. Students can earn badges and other incentives as they read each book. Some books can be read to the students. Book levels range from kindergarten-8th grade. Parents can also set up an account for their children.  If you would like to be enrolled through the school, check with your child's teacher or contact Mrs. Roberts.  She can enroll your child in her "classroom". Be sure to take advantage of this wonderful online resource!
